Our Guarantee

All garage door repairs and installations performed by Let's Roll Garage Doors are backed by a workmanship guarantee. If a covered repair or installation fails due to a defect in our labor, we will return and correct the issue at no additional charge for labor.

Workmanship guarantee period: 45-60 days from the date of service, unless a different term was specified in writing on your invoice or estimate.

Manufacturer Parts Warranty

Springs, cables, rollers, openers, panels, and other hardware we install are covered separately by the part manufacturer's own warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms and duration vary by brand and part, and are provided to you at the time of installation. We'll help facilitate a manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf whenever a covered part fails within its manufacturer warranty period.

What's Covered

Labor defects directly related to the original repair or installation we performed
Premature part failure covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Improper adjustment, alignment, or installation error on our part

What's Not Covered

Damage caused by accidents, vehicle impact, storms, or other external events after service
Normal wear and tear unrelated to the original repair
Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by another company after our work was completed
Pre-existing conditions or components not part of the original service scope
Misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance
Cosmetic wear that does not affect the door's function or safety

We'll schedule an inspection to confirm the issue is covered under this guarantee. If it is, we'll correct it at no additional labor charge. If the issue falls outside the scope of this guarantee, we'll always explain why and provide a transparent quote for any additional work.
